Installation & Support Technician
Digital Diffusion is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Installation & Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the setup, testing, maintenance, and dismantling of our holographic and immersive technology solutions at client sites, events, and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Install holographic systems, mounts, wiring, and related equipment
Test devices and troubleshoot technical issues on-site
Dismantle, pack, and store equipment safely after project completion
Assist with site surveys and equipment placement planning
Coordinate with team leads, engineers, and installation staff
Keep tools, cables, and hardware organized and ready for use
Provide on-site support to clients when needed
Report technical issues, damages, or maintenance needs immediately
Support logistics and operational tasks during events and installations
Requirements
Basic knowledge of wiring, mounting tools, and technical installation work
Ability to handle, lift, and transport equipment safely
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions carefully
Good communication skills and professional conduct on-site
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or flexible hours depending on project needs
Commitment to safety procedures and confidentiality
Previous experience in installations, events, AV systems, or technical support is an advantage
